teaches divers and non-divers how to recognize diving illnesses needing emergency oxygen and how to safely provide it, covering equipment assembly, different masks (demand valve, non-rebreather, pocket mask), and safety procedures, making it essential for dive buddies, boat crew, and lifeguards to improve outcomes for decompression illness (DCI) or near-drowning victims.
