Peak Performance Buoyancy
The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy (PPB) course refines your scuba skills to achieve near-effortless control underwater, focusing on perfect weighting, body positioning (trim), and streamlining to reduce air use, conserve energy, and minimize impact on marine environments, making you a more confident, efficient, and environmentally-conscious diver.

Excellent buoyancy control is what defines skilled scuba divers. You've seen them underwater. They glide effortlessly, use less air and ascend, descend or hover almost as if by thought. They more easily observe aquatic life without disturbing their surroundings. You can achieve this, too. The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty course improves the buoyancy skills you learned as a new diver and elevates them to the next level.

FLYING AFTER DIVING
For your safety, we require allowing at least 18 hours on the surface after your last dive of the day before flying. Flying too soon after diving increases the risk of decompression sickness, as your body needs time to release excess nitrogen.
Please remember to check your flight departure time in advance and plan your dives accordingly.
If you need help organizing your schedule around travel, our team will be happy to assist you.
