Based in the tropical paradise of Phuket, Ryon Tan (affectionately known as “Jo”) is an award-winning and highly respected PADI Course Director with a genuine passion for developing the next generation of dive professionals. Known for his patient teaching style and approachable personality, he has proudly maintained a 100% Instructor Examination (IE) pass rate, guiding candidates from all over the world to achieve their dreams in the dive industry.

A Frequent Trainer and Elite Instructor, Ryon conducts Instructor Development Courses (IDC) in both Thailand and Singapore, blending strong technical knowledge with a supportive, real-world coaching approach. As an Advanced Trimix Diver, he is deeply experienced in deep diving and continuously upgrades his skills to stay ahead in modern dive education.

Outside the classroom and ocean, Ryon enjoys the thrill of motorcycle adventure touring and the challenge of golf. Whether navigating winding mountain roads or perfecting a golf swing, he embraces focus, discipline, and a love for learning. These same values clearly shine through in his mentorship.
