Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, trips, and courses provided by Aqua One Dive. By making a reservation or payment, the customer (“Guest”) agrees to be bound by the following terms:

 

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 A deposit is required to secure and confirm any scuba diving trip or PADI course.
1.2 Full payment is required no later than three (3) days before the scheduled trip or course start date.
1.3 Failure to make full payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

 

2. Cancellation Policy – Dive Trips

2.1 Cancellation more than 3 days before trip date:

  • Guest is entitled to a of all payments made.

2.2 Cancellation 3 days before trip date:

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Any balance paid will be refunded.

2.3 Cancellation less than 3 days before trip date:

  • Deposit and full payment are non-refundable.

 

3. Cancellation Policy – Courses

3.1 Cancellation more than 5 days before course start date:

  • Guest will receive a (once issued, eLearning fees are strictly non-refundable).

  • Guest may alternatively postpone to a later date; however, may apply.

3.2 Cancellation 5 days or less before course start date:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • Guest may reschedule to a later date; however, may be incurred.

 

4. eLearning & Required Forms

4.1 For PADI courses, eLearning access and mandatory documents (Medical Form, Safe Diving Practices Statement, Liability Releases) must be completed before the start of the course.
4.2 Failure to complete required documentation or eLearning on time may result in postponement or cancellation without refund.

5. Right to Refuse Service

5.1 Aqua One Dive reserves the right to refuse service to any Guest who:

  • Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

  • Exhibits unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior;

  • Fails to comply with safety standards, staff instructions, or PADI requirements;

  • Provides false or incomplete medical information;

  • Demonstrates inability to meet safety standards required for diving.

5.2 Should refusal of service occur due to the Guest’s actions or omissions, no refund shall be issued.

 

6. Guest Responsibility

6.1 Guests must ensure they are medically fit to dive and must disclose any medical conditions honestly.
6.2 Aqua One Dive reserves the right to require a medical clearance from a licensed physician when deemed necessary.
6.3 Guests must comply with all safety instructions and PADI standards throughout the activity.

 

7. Weather & Operational Changes

7.1 Aqua One Dive may modify, delay, or cancel trips or courses due to weather conditions, safety concerns, boat availability, or other operational reasons.
7.2 If Aqua One Dive cancels an activity for operational or safety reasons, Guests will receive a full refund or free rescheduling, at the Guest’s option.

 

8. Liability

8.1 All Guests participate at their own risk and will be required to sign the standard PADI Liability Release and Assumption of Risk forms.
8.2 Aqua One Dive shall not be liable for loss, injury, or damages arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
